UMA approached Studio Esens to create a brand strategy and identity from the ground up, with the goal of standing out in the saturated wellness space. We set out to disrupt the market by moving away from the typical minimalist aesthetic and instead embracing rich, vibrant colors that evoke ancient wisdom and abundant energy. The brand identity was designed to be bold and immersive, reflecting UMA’s mission to unlock the highest potential of modern women through timeless teachings. We infused every design element with a sense of vitality, while ensuring a cohesive and impactful visual language that speaks to both tradition and modernity.

Logos

At the heart of UMA’s visual identity is a logo palette designed to evoke a sense of ancient wisdom. The imperfect edges reflect the teachings found in ancient texts, while the mirrored abstract shape symbolises the concept of self-reflection, a core idea in many spiritual practices. The lettermark, cleverly crafted from an upside-down 'U,' 'M,' and 'A,' is both a work of art and a representation of UMA’s intelligent approach to spiritual growth. The design is intentional, transformational, and reflective of UMA’s mission to empower modern women through timeless wisdom.

Colours

Bright and bold, the colors were chosen to reflect abundance, energy, and creative power. These qualities are all unleashed through UMA’s offerings with each hue carefully selected to evoke a sense of vitality and transformation.

Typography

Bold and clear, the typography is designed to immediately capture attention while ensuring ease of understanding. Its straightforward approach enhances readability, drawing the viewer in with its confident presence and creating a sense of calm and clarity. 

Social Media Templates

We brought UMA's branding to life through bold, bright, and dynamic social media templates that capture the essence of ancient divinity and empowerment. After developing their social media strategy, we identified key elements to emphasise: vibrant colours, powerful imagery of goddesses, and a tone that exudes transformation and inspiration. By weaving together UMA’s rich colour palette, logo, and design elements, we created an engaging art direction that highlights the feelings of abundance, growth, and spiritual awakening, truly reflecting UMA’s mission to empower and inspire.

Each design element, from the vibrant illustrations to the thoughtful logo palette, is a true reflection of UMA’s core values. These creations go beyond aesthetics, seamlessly aligning with UMA’s commitment to empowering women through ancient wisdom and spiritual growth. Every detail is designed to evoke a sense of abundance, transformation, and inspiration, reflecting the brand’s mission to create a space where women can reconnect with their divine power and express their true selves.
